Caron and James – Fawley Hill Wedding Photography


The Wedding of Caron and James was one I’ve been looking forward to all year.  When I heard they were getting married at Fawley Hill in a vintage railway station, signing the register in the train carriage,  guests would enjoy the victorian steam carousel and then there would be a a meal in a Capri tent next to the ‘Iron Henge’ on the hill then I knew it had all the ingredients to be a photographers dream.    I was greeted at the gate to the venue by a Bongo forest antelope and then a muster of peacocks (yes I did have to look that one up!) and the fun just went on from there.    This truly is a unique venue with so many quirky and interesting features and locations.  There is a kaleidoscope of colours, a menagerie of animals and something to keep everyone entertained both young and old.  From a photography perspective you could spend the whole day taking photos and still find new places and things you missed.  This was my first wedding at Fawley Hill but I’m really hoping it won’t be my last….  Below is a just a few highlights of the day but the full set is available on this link:
